Open the SVI Self Service app.

This can be found in Finder → Applications, or by opening Spotlight search with Command + Space and typing “SVI Self Service” until it appears

There will be a Featured app on the front page called “Microsoft Intune Device Compliance” - click the Initiate button below it.

This will open the “Company Portal” app.

Click Sign in

If your account is shown, select and click Continue.

If not, click the + button at the bottom left. Sign into the login prompt provided.

Otherwise, you will simply be prompted to enter your SVI email address.

Once you’ve completed the sign in, Company Portal will complete its steps required.

Once completed, click the Done button.

The app will automatically close.

A few moments later, you will receive this prompt on the right side of your screen.

(info) At this point you may see the popup window appear briefly and then disappear. If this happens, then that is all that is required. However, you may see a login window appear - continue the instructions.

A window will open and will ask you for your SVI login details. Ensure the SVI logo is shown in the background and the foreground above your email address.

You will need to have your phone nearby as an Authenticator prompt is required during this process.

You will be prompted to enter your password (this is your computer password)

Enter this password and select Always Allow

The window will now ask if you are trying to sign in for Device Compliance.

Ensure the SVI logo is shown in the background and the foreground above your email address and select Continue

You have completed the steps! The Intune Device Compliance policy in SVI Self Service will disappear once completed.

Please close SVI Self Service and the process is complete.
