Adding email address to Printer Address Book

When scanning documents on a Konica Minolta photocopier for the first time, you will need to add yourself as a recipient.

On the main menu for the photocopier, select the Scan option.

Select the Addr.Reg option, located on the bottom left side of the display.

Select the New option in the bottom left of the display.

For the address type field, select Email

 

For the following fields, enter the following:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Index: Find the letter corresponding to the first letter of your last name.

  • SVI/NRL email address

Followed by the Register button

Once completed, you will be able to navigate to your shortcut in the Address Book after selecting Scan from the Main Menu.
