Personal device - Accessing network drives

Network drives can be accessed on personal devices when connected to the SVI network. Access via VPN is not permitted for personal devices.

 Windows Instructions

  1. Open Windows Explorer

  2. Navigate to \\ad.svi.edu.au\files

  3. You will be prompted for your SVI login credentials

 macOS Instructions

  1. Open Finder

  2. Along the top menu for Finder, select Go > Connect to Server (Command + K)

  3. Enter smb://ad.svi.edu.au/files

  4. You will be prompted for your SVI login credentials
