Outlook - Shared Calendars

This article details how to view a Shared Calendar that you have access to.

Windows - Outlook app

  1. In the Outlook application, click on the Calendar tab at the bottom left


  2. At the top of the app, click the Home button

  3. Click Add Calendar

  4. Click Open Shared Calendar


  5. Type in the email address of the owner of the Calendar

  6. You will now see the calendar appear in the left column underneath Shared Calendars
