Email signatures
SVI utilises CodeTwo for their email signature setup. All details regarding your email signature need to be edited in the user info editor tool located at https://user.codetwo.com/
Email signatures are attached after the email is sent and is not available to see prior to the email is sent. This is to ensure is attached when sending emails from devices such as mobile phones, or via the web version of Outlook.
The following attributes are editable and available in the editor.

If you wish to edit your job title, please contact People & Culture as it needs to be actioned by them.
Instructions
Open the editor located at https://user.codetwo.com
If prompted, log in with your email address and password.
You will be presented with the attributes above to edit. Please refer to the examples above in how to enter your data.
For example, for the Desk Phone Number, only the last four digits are required.
Once you’ve entered your data, click the Save & update button.
If you do not wish to have a certain piece of information, e.g. Pronouns - simply leave the field blank and the information won’t be shown.
