Outlook - Sharing access to a calendar

  1. Open Outlook Calendars

  2. Right click the calendar you want to share then click Properties


  3. In the new window which will open click Permissions tab


  4. Click Add and search for the person you want to share with


  5. Click Ok

  6. Then click on the Permission Level drop down and select the type of permissions you want the person to have
