If you need to reinstall a software which hasn’t installed properly or is having problems. Follow the steps below:
Go to your Start menu in the bottom left of your screen and click on Company Portal in the list of applications.
When Company Portal is open, click the Downloads and Updates button on the left.
From the list of installed applications find and click the application you need to reinstall.
Click the Reinstall option and the process will begin. The time this takes will differ from app to app so be patient.
If this does not resolve your issue or you cannot find the application, please lodge an IT ticket.
